Mac Pro

Mac Pro 4,1 flashed to 5,1 getting kernel Panic when attempting sleep.

Quite often my Mac Pro will restart on it's own when left long enough to sleep (20 min). I just upgraded the ram from 8Gb to 32GB and replaced the Official Apple Radeon HD 5870 with a Sapphire Gaming Radeon RX580 *GB. I also replaced the 120gb Boot drive and the 240gb main drive with a single 480GB SSD. The SSD is mounted on a PCI card I got from OWC. I've saved the report and tried searching for various parts of it, but I can't make any sense of it. Also, it seems when I tell it to sleep from the Apple menu, the display will go off and the light will pulse as though it's sleeping, but the fans on the RX580 will be spinning. Occasionally, it will actually sleep.

Thank you for any help someone may be able to provide.

Here is the last report I saved;
