The thing is that after 14 trial days, I missed the point to cancel my subscription on the Elevate app (I was not going pay 40$ for a year). I was not going to use that app and pay 40$ – I wanted to see the trial version and then to use a free version of the Elevate app.
I wasn't notified by the Elevate app that it's going to renew my subscription. I just see that I was charged 40$ and now I don't know what to do with that. I removed the app, I don't use it anymore, but have -40$ on my bank account.
I tried to report a problem in the history of purchases and instantly received "We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund."
Please help me to understand what to do and what to expect from Apple.
