After updating to Catalina

Can not log in to banking web site using any Browser "Sorry. Website is not accessible" . Cleared cookies, tried Safari, Chrome and FireFox. Seems spotty.

Can open other web sites, just banking site seems to have problem. Contact with bank site and they only recommended turning on cookies, tried that, still no go, under Catalina "turn cookies off" has been replaced with " stop cross talking.

New Safari (13.1) not fully functional; new screens cannot be scrolled. Attempting to do so reloads page repeatedly.
