factory reset a managed device

We recently purchased several ipad (6th gen) wifi only and implemented a managed service with Meraki. In general it has gone well except we had some wifi issues at a couple of sites and now a couple of the devices will not reconnect to the Meraki CMS to update or communicate. We have resolved the wifi issue but the ipad won't connect. Again they are wifi only so if they won't connect to wifi to update or communicate we can't correct or control with CMS. Since they are a managed device I have not been able to figure out how to reset them. Anyone have any suggestions?
