I know this is not the correct subforum for my problem. I hope someone can let me know the correct way to contact the security or fraud detection team.

I am not an Apple user. My e-mail account was hacked. The hackers have opened fraudulent accounts on thousands of sites, using my stolen e-mail identity. All the accounts are for users located in Brazil, with thousands of different fake names and their default language is always Portuguese. I am not in Brazil and I don't speak Portuguese.
My e-mail account is now secured. I keep getting about a hundred e-mail messages daily, in Portuguese, about all kinds of log-in attempts, password resets, rejected transactions because of invalid or stolen credit cards, etc. This is getting out of hand.
How can I report "my" Apple account that I have never opened? Again, I am the owner of the stolen e-mail address, not the person who opened this fraudulent account. I want this account banned and my e-mail address blacklisted from any future use and removed from all the databases.
