I have an iPhone 8 Plus, which I use to purchase music tracks on the iTunes app.
The tracks I purchased recently are showing as purchased but I cannot download them: when I touch the download icon, it appears to try downloading then the icon reappears and the music isn't downloaded. I am using a good wi-fi signal to do this.
Strangely, I did add the tracks to a playlist whilst at the gym and they stayed on the playlist for 24-36 hours but have now disappeared from the music app!
I can't use my iMac to download the tracks through iTunes as my phone and computer are no longer compatible (my computer will not update to the iOS required for my phone and computer to talk to one another).
I am becoming increasingly frustrated at not being able to access my purchased music.
