Applying rules to work on email address and not the 'name'

Hi there,

I'm trying to set up a rule for Mac Mail to delete all emails that end in mail.ru

It's pretty easy to do, or so I thought. This is the rule I have set up…

However, the rule does not work and I suspect that it's because of the following reason.

If you look at the image below, there is the user name and the email address. The rule is working on the user name and not the email address.

So, names such as AntLub and DiegoPoons are the fields that are being used by the rule and not the email address which, logically, should be the case. Proof of this was that if I change the 'ends with' field to Poons for example, all emails from this user are deleted.

So, does anyone know how I can force Mac Mail rules to use the actual email address in executing rules and not the name. That is, I want to set up a rule that deletes everything that ends in @mail.ru and @bk.ru and any other @+domain name I choose.

Thanks,

Maz
