since I bought Apple Watch 4 months ago there was looping issue with airtel connection . That is.. when connected to Mobile data, if you receive call and try to transfer either to watch or phone it did not work . Apple backend team said it airtel issue. But Airtel couldn’t resolve because they did update the carrier software.. being the reason still issue exists.
Since I was able to make and receive calls from watch I was somewhat ok.
but suddenly on feb 13th mobile data in Apple Watch got disconnected and reached airtel and raised complain. they said backed team is working to fix. Not sure how long they are going to take.
I got reply from nodal officer after 24 hrs of sending mail. That it will be fixed soon.
anybody facing similar issue?
