I ordered Office 365 Personal package for my MacBook Pro 2014 on January 3. The price of USD 69.99 was debited twice to my credit card on February 3 under two different Order Nos. and Document Nos.
1. Order No. MNXNXYDVBH and Document No. 127318897183
2. Order No. MNXNXYF5HQ and Document No. 127318897184
I am using Office 365 only on the above MacBook and I do not need two licenses. When I was ordering, during the first attempt the package did not get installed. As a result, I made a second attempt which was successful.
But, it appears that both attempts have been recorded as purchases.
I am desperately trying to seek a refund of the duplicated payment. All my efforts have failed so far.
Can someone tell me how I can communicated my grievance to Apple.
