After reading through all of the comments and complaints I guess I'm not alone. I have sent these Beats in to Apple two times and I'm still having the same problems. Losing connection, right side goes out or won't connect or having to re-sink them to my phone. Since I purchased the 11 Pro Max it has gotten worse.
Each time I have sent them in they come back and say they don't have a problem. I'm thinking maybe the department that's testing them have Bose headphones on and could careless if our Beats work or not.
