Hi. I spotted I'd been charged a huge £42.99 for the Calm app. I very rarely use this app and had no idea after a years use I would be auto placed on a premium subscription. I've now cancelled my subscription so it does not renew next year.
After following step by step to get a refund from 'Apple I click on report a problem' > 'I'd like to request a refund' > 'Submit'
I then I receive the message "We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund." ???
Please help, I'm not paying £42.99 for an app I don't touch, this seems hugely unfair from both Apple and Calm as this auto renewal was not made clear!!!
