Macbook Pro 16 Time Machine didn't work and now I can't boot anymore

When I try to boot, a black screen with a blue cursor shows after the loading screen. I can't boot from an USB stick either. I've contacted support but for some reason the chat windows have been closed (?) and I had to start the conversation three times so far, and now if I try to contact support, I get a 403 Forbidden Error.

Any suggestions?
