HELP! Mail keeps denying my password!

In the past two weeks, Mail keeps denying that I have the right name or password. I then go to Xfinity and change my password. Sometimes it works, most of the time it does not. I have changed my password four times. I would appreciate any input on this. I do ask myself if it is Xfinity that is behind this but I spent an hour online with a guy who helped me change my password and it worked…for awhile.

Ditto with my iPhone.
