I recently received the free one year trial after purchasing my new iMac. I set it up on my new Samsung smart TV UHD TV 6 series. Everything worked fine for about 6 weeks, then my account was changed to a monthly charge account. I did nothing to cause this. I called Apple and the tech was very nice, but unable to help me. The Samsung's software is up to date. I even tried to re sign in to the Apple account, but nothing changed. so, I ask, is there something that has changed multiple accounts in the Apple TV computer from free to a billed account? If so, how is a user to fix this? Any input appreciated. Thanks.
