Today, I got a notification that my disk is almost full, so I went ahead clean up the storage. The last thing I cleaned up was pictures from iMessage and then it got frozen. Before I cleaned up, I clicked all pictures and open them. They all opened at once then got frozen. I was able to do relaunch from "Force quit". When it got frozen and I went ahead restart my laptop. It starts up and goes to the log in screen, I type my password and hit enter. It takes awhile for the progress bar to fill up, and when it finally does it stays never going into the system and it shuts down few times. Still not able to log in.
I even called Apple Support and I did not have best reception to keep up the call. I tried everything. I tried press the Shift, I even went to R and command to see the disk utility and the worst case is that I don't see "Macintosh HD", I only see in disk utility the only 'drive' that appears is: OS X Base System. So, I couldn't erase or reformat.
I am currently in Ghana until 2021 and I bought this laptop in America. I want to solve this on my own if possible.
