Page jump problem with pdf annotation in files on new iPad Pro

I’m trying to figure out how to move the individual pages “jump to” scroll bar that appears on the right side of screen when you open up a pdf in iCloud files to annotate. As a right-handed person, when I make annotations with my Apple Pencil on righthand margin of pdf documents I often accidentally bump one of the individual page icons with the side of my hand and jump to another page. It’s very annoying. I’d like to move this bar to left side or bottom of view but can’t figure out how to do it. In iBooks it’s at the bottom, which is great. I’d rather not use iBooks however as I like the foldering capabilities in iCloud files.

I’d rather not have to purchase an external app such as PDF Expert 6 to resolve such an issue.
