Apple TV app on iOS


I have downloaded the Apple TV app onto my iPad gen 6 with latest iOS.

I have spent a week just tying to get the free version of “For All Mankind” to trial the app and to continue to use it if OK and the best I can get to is about 90% downloaded (on many occasions) stops, then nothing and I have to start all over again. To get to 90% can take up to 4 hours. I have checked to see if iTunes etc is down – but no. Also, my internet speed in normal.

Rather than continue to consume my monthly allocation (which is small), is there something I have forgotten to do to make it work?
