Etrecheck says hard drive is failing

I recently installed Etrecheck on my 2013 MacBook Pro and ran it to see what it came up with (I've never used Etrecheck before), and there is only one "major" issue that came back: It claims my hard drive is failing. I am not very technically-versed and don't know whether Etrecheck's assessment is totally correct or not. I've included the portion of the report below. Is this something I need to be worried about?
