I have Apple Music as my default in my Amazon Echo options. For months, I’ve was able to shuffle my Apple Music playlists on Amazon echo devices. I simply asked Alexa to play my playlist ___. Once it was playing, I would say, “shuffle music” and it responded “entering shuffle mode” and it would shuffle the songs and play. Now, it only shuffles one album in the playlist. Also, not infrequently, just asking Alexa to play my playlist ___ is met with an acknowledgment that it will play my playlist and then I get silence. Is anyone else experiencing this? Echo handles Amazon music with the above functionality just fine. So is it a genuine problem with Apple Music or is Amazon intentionally trying to shift users to Amazon Music by making using Apple Music just too frustrating?
