I've got a Macbook Pro 13inch 2019 w/ touchbar that I bought back in August. I didn't bother with the applecare plan at the time, however i'm realising i should probably invest in it. I downloaded the support app on my iPhone, and the app tells me I have until AUGUST 2020 to claim applecare, but if I use the desktop website to purchase applecare, it tells me i'm not eligible anymore.
Apple Chat support simply referred me to the telephone number, but it's now past the opening hours for it. Any ideas? Can i use it or not?
