macOS Mojave

Unmountable Macintosh HD drives

I am running a 2015 MacBook Air on MacOS 10.14 Mojave, and I have run into a drive issue. I run a MacOS partition and a Bootcamp partition on my Mac. My disks have shown to be not mounted, such as Macintosh HD shows only as Container disk1, and says 4 not mounted (I have some extra partitions that I haven't gotten rid of). Also, when I plug in an external hard drive, it either doesn't show up or it will not mount either. Usually on my desktop, it would show Macintosh HD and BOOTCAMP, but after knowing I have shut down Windows properly, BOOTCAMP doesn't show up. Please ask me if you need any more information to help me solve this problem.

Here is a screenshot of my disk utility:

I think the problem may have started after I updated my Bootcamp partition of Windows to Windows 10 1909.
