I purchased an iPhone 11 yesterday in an Apple store. I returned today, after saving my old phone’s data to the cloud last night, but the Apple stores are closed for at least two weeks. The manager told me I could call Apple support to have an envelope/box mailed to me so that I could turn in my old iPhone 6 and receive my $80 credit. I called Apple and they have refused to send me an envelope/box to trade in my old phone. I plan on stopping payment thru my credit card for the phone until I receive the envelope/box to turn in my old phone. Can anyone at Apple help with this situation?
