macOS Catalina

Add applications to "Automation" in privacy tab of "Security & Privacy" System Preferences

I recently bought a new Macbook Pro with Catalina. I also bought Quickbooks 2020 and upgraded my company file. Everything went well, but now I cannot email directly from Quickbooks. When I attempt to, I get the following message:

"QuickBooks does not have permission to automate Mail.app. Please check QuickBooks in System Preferences > Security > Privacy > Automation then try again."

However, when I go to "automation" no applications appear in the menu. See Screenshot below:Add applications to "Automation" in privacy tab of "Security & Privacy" System Preferences

How can I add applications to this menu?

Thank you.
