Apple AirPods were replaced. The replacements sit in the case flashing amber constantly. And before you are tempted to say “hold the little button at the back for 15 seconds”, it doesn’t work. So as a clue, if you take them out of the case and replace 1, that headphone will now sync. It becomes AirPod #1. Put in the second headphone, constant flashing amber. If you then take out the synced airpod, you can sync the second. That becomes AirPod #2. Neither will work together. You can choose to use one or the other, not both. Put both in case, flashing amber light and still the little white button will not change the constant amber disco in my AirPod case. Have tried resetting network connections. No joy.
