Logitech Keyboard K520 not functioning Question marked as solved ★ Latest reply  by  Mr_Plates Latest update on the question 3 replies 89 views asked by  Merl1n User profile for user: SonnyNatera SonnyNatera User level: Level 1 Why can't I update my macbook?

Dear Catalina users,

I upgraded my MBP mid-2015 to Catalina without ANY (and I mean that…ZERO) issues!

Except this one: my keyboard…

I have a Logitech K520 keyboard and a Logitech M570 Mouse. The mouse runs flawless, but the keyboard does nothing.

I upgraded all the software as per Logitech's support page,

https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/

And, I also have a mid-2010 MBP running High Sierra; both the mouse & keyboard run on that w/o any issue.

What I suspect is quite possibly the K520 is simply out-of-date..?

I made a purchase of the Logitech MX Keys Keyboard (expected to arrive on Friday). Hopefully this new keyboard will work.

Anyone else have this issue? Like I said, the mouse is fine, it is the keyboard that is non-operational.

Kindly advise.

Thank you in advance,

Merl1n
