iOS 13.1.3 update has rendered my iPhone 7 redundant as ringer doesn’t ring after iOS update. Contacted Apple support to provide the info and they were unaware of such a problem and that mine was the only iPhone 7 in the world with that problem. It seems that when I buy an iPhone restricted to Apple iOS that if their iOS service doesn’t work I may toss the phone away. Doesn’t seem right? If I could revert the phone to an iOS version that works that would be reasonable but on account of Apple’s initiating my iOS install it doesn’t seem right why I should pay for the failure of the service provided by Apple’s business to buy a replacement phone.
