Not sure what else I can do! Updated the software on the Apple TV….reboot EVERYDAY! Delete and reinstall the spectrum app EVERYDAY. Works for a little bit , then quits for the day. ALL other apps work perfectly ….Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube….
This HAS to be a spectrum issue. I can't keep track of how many times I've called. I agree with another poster that they have no interest in App customers….only cable box customers. It's a glitch that I even learned that I could get rid of the "box" and just stream. They were not interested in promoting that service at all!
