Need refund for an Apple Music charge


I had a previous subscription for Apple Music when I had my old iPhone 6s and was paying $9.99 monthly.

On 10/22/19, through my local Verizon store, I purchased a new phone (iPhone 11Pro), and upgraded to the unlimited data plan, which includes 6 months of free Apple Music. This unlimited plan started on 10/20/19.

Despite this, I still got charged $9.99 from Apple Music on 10/22/19, deducted from my Visa.

I have spoken with Verizon and they've walked me through how to cancel the old subscription and activate the new one, starting the free 6-month period as of today, 10/25/19.

I need to be reimbursed for the last charge of $9.99, and I need confirmation that I won't get any more charges for Apple Music over the next 6 months.

Please let me know when this reimbursement has been confirmed, and this issue has been rectified.
