MacBook Pro problem (Failed to read spaceman)

My MacBook Pro is acting weird and not recognising my account, on startup it simply switches to another admin account. I have erased the disk twice but the issue keeps coming back. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? Here are the error messages from First Aid.

Verifying file system.

Volume could not be unmounted.

Using live mode.

Performing fsck_apfs -n -l -x /dev/rdisk1s5

Checking the container superblock.

Checking the EFI jumpstart record.

Checking the space manager.

error: (oid 0x72ac) cib: dev_read(29356, 1): Device error

error: failed to read spaceman cib 0x72ac

Space manager is invalid.

The volume /dev/rdisk1s5 could not be verified completely.

File system check exit code is 0.

Restoring the original state found as mounted.

Operation successful.
