macOS Mojave

"Monosnap" is damaged and can't be opened. Delete "Monosnap" and download it again from the App Store.

I am getting the pop up in the subject line whenever I try to open the Monosnap application that has recently been updated. First I moved to Trash and re-downloaded it using App Store. When attempting to run, the same error would appear. I tried rebooting and it didn't help. I then contacted support and on their request sent them the below log from Console when this error happens:

default   18:06:05.663553 +0300   loginwindow   -[ApplicationManager checkInAppContext:refCon:eventData:] |     checked in app : Monosnap

Also, console shows the following lines for App Store:

default	19:42:41.395206 +0300	App Store	[DeviceAppStateDataSource] ASDAppQuery.resultsDidChange(540348655: <BundleID=com.monosnap.monosnap, Installed=true, LaunchProhibited=false>)

Monosnap support told be to contact Apple support, as I seem not to be able to receive several files from Apple server(s) required for the application to be set up properly. It's worth mentioning that I didn't have such issues before. I have trouble explaining this problem to Apple Support by phone, and they do not publish support email address, so I am stuck with this issue hoping that Apple support communities will come to the rescue.

Any help will be much appreciated.
