I am getting the pop up in the subject line whenever I try to open the Monosnap application that has recently been updated. First I moved Monosnap.app to Trash and re-downloaded it using App Store. When attempting to run, the same error would appear. I tried rebooting and it didn't help. I then contacted Monosnap.app support and on their request sent them the below log from Console when this error happens:
default 18:06:05.663553 +0300 loginwindow -[ApplicationManager checkInAppContext:refCon:eventData:] | checked in app : Monosnap default 18:06:05.822041 +0300 secinitd Monosnap: root path for bundle "<private>" of main executable "<private>" default 18:06:05.860377 +0300 secinitd Monosnap: AppSandbox request successful error 18:06:05.882677 +0300 kernel Sandbox: Monosnap(3816) deny(1) ipc-posix-shm-write-create com.apple.AppleDatabaseChanged default 18:06:06.513747 +0300 storeuid Monosnap allow client override: NO default 18:06:10.402911 +0300 loginwindow -[PersistentAppsSupport applicationQuit:] | for app:Monosnap, _appTrackingState = 2 default 18:06:11.208315 +0300 storeuid InAppServiceDelegate: Accepted new connection (Monosnap) <NSXPCConnection: 0x7fbb31b065d0> connection from pid 3816 default 18:06:11.212399 +0300 storeuid Starting server purchase queue check for com.monosnap.monosnap default 18:06:11.212747 +0300 storeuid InAppServiceDelegate: Connection to Monosnap invalidated default 18:06:16.966012 +0300 storeuid Receipt Validation (com.monosnap.monosnap) Signature Check: PASS Bundle ID Check: PASS Bundle Version Check: PASS GUID Check: PASS Expiration Check: PASS default 18:06:17.499946 +0300 storelegacy StoreLegacy: Failed to perform in-line receipt renewal for application at path /Applications/Monosnap.app : '(null)'
Also, console shows the following lines for App Store:
default 19:42:41.395206 +0300 App Store [DeviceAppStateDataSource] ASDAppQuery.resultsDidChange(540348655: <BundleID=com.monosnap.monosnap, Installed=true, LaunchProhibited=false>) default 19:42:41.395215 +0300 App Store [DeviceAppStateDataSource] ASDAppQuery.resultsDidChange(540348655: <BundleID=com.monosnap.monosnap, Installed=true, LaunchProhibited=false>)
Monosnap support told be to contact Apple support, as I seem not to be able to receive several files from Apple server(s) required for the application to be set up properly. It's worth mentioning that I didn't have such issues before. I have trouble explaining this problem to Apple Support by phone, and they do not publish support email address, so I am stuck with this issue hoping that Apple support communities will come to the rescue.
Any help will be much appreciated.
