1 day old 2019 Macbook pro 13" shuts off consistently at 90%

My all new macbook pro works great when i sat i up. But then i took it out off the charger and i noticed that the battery stayed at 100% for two hours or so. I thought nothing off it. Anyways i sit and watch some youtube after i got everything installed, and then it just goes black. It wouldn't turn on, until at put the charger back in. Then it started up and the battery status was 90/91%. It would then charge to full capacity and i would do the same thing but now the battery level goes down in a normal speed, until it hits 90% and i goes black.

I've tried resetting the SMC with this tutorial – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

I've tried resetting the NVRAM or PRAM with this tutorial – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063

btw. my battery condition is normal

Here's my battery information:
