Using Apple Pay in Stores

Billing problem email

I received a billing problem email for my apple care but I have my card up to date in the system. I recently received a new card because my old one expired, I updated that card and I still received an email claiming that there's a problem. Please help. Thank you.

My Apple Cash card shows a -$195.


My payment methods is not verifying my credit card so i tried to remove it but it says an active subscription is preventing me from removing it. I have no subscriptions on I just want to remove it and add it again.
