The MacBook Pro not roaming using PMKID (Pairwise Master Key identifier) caching, every time it roams perform full authentication.

As per this document from Apple, macOS supports static PMKID (Pairwise Master Key identifier) caching to help optimize roaming between BSSIDs in the same ESSID. However, I see it is not using PMKID cach, and it performs full authentication every time it roams.
