Apple TV+ offered to wrong Apple ID

So, like many others, I have 2 Apple ID's. One older one from the iTunes days and a newer iCloud ID. This hasn't been an issue until today. My Apple Music subscription and all of my purchases are on the older iTunes ID, but for some strange reason the Apple TV+ free 1 year subscription was only offered to my iCloud ID. So now, if I want to use either subscription, I have to change Apple ID's? Plus, it really messes up Family Share, since my family will only see the Music sub or the TV, and not both. My first thought was to unsub to music on the one ID and resub on the other, but that doesn't solve the fact that all other purchases, apps, music are all on the other ID. Any ideas on how to solve this?
