I have a problem getting in contact with Clemen Software, an app developer. After the upgrade to iPadOS, one of their products offered via the App Store (meant for iPad only), DrumSolo+ has a serious defect rendering it unusable for what it’s meant to be used for. However, they are unresponsive (both to an inquiry via their website and to direct email) and I am losing days on my paid subscription while I cannot use the app. Does Apple/App Store have a way to “hunt down” developers like this — I would really prefer if they fixed this, rather than ask for a refund (and I am not sure if that will be doable with them at all) but my patience is running out.
