iCloud on my iOS device

Family sharing connection

I'm having trouble with connecting to Family Sharing and iCloud when i'm connected to my home broadband, both WiFi and via ether port. I know there is not issue with the apple services as they work on my iPhone when on 4G.

I have tried to change my router, which has not solved the issue. By broadband provider is BT.

Has anyone come across and resolved such an issue?
