Hi, after updating to version 10.15.1 of macOS Catalina, I began to get an ERROR upon trying to open Security & Privacy in System Preferences. The error reads:
Could not load Security & Privacy preferences pane.
I am currently running a:
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)
After calling Apple customer support 4 times yesterday, I still received little to NO HELP. The error remains. I was told I'd receive a call back at a certain time and I DID NOT. I called back a 5th time and spoke to another representative who seemed to be more lost than I am. He did not know how to get rid/fix the error nor had he heard of it or seen it before.
This is very upsetting!
Does anyone have a solution? Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?
