I use my Apple TV as my hub for my smart home, the issue I have is that I need to be signed into my iCloud account on my TV, this wouldn’t be so bad but that means that anyone can view my photos without being asked for a password, I wouldn’t mind but I have photos of documents and gym progress pictures I wouldn’t want other people to see by accident. The option to turn iCloud photos on can be toggled on or off in the settings without a password. I am also concerned that if my Apple TV box was stolen they would have full access to my photos. Is there a way around this? It seems like an oversight by Apple to not give the option to require a password or to be able to delete the photos app. Any suggestions of how to get around this would be gratefully received.
