I haven't been able to send or receive new messages from my ICloud email since September 25th, 2019. As this is my personal email, I used it to sign up for all of my college applications only to be met with the same empty inbox from September. Because of ICloud, I have not been able to review any of my applications or log into the school application tracking systems. I've already updated and logged in and out of my ICloud account multiple times.
This is extremely frustrating and could not have happened at a worse time. I hope to hear back with help soon. Thank you for taking the time to read.
