Hi, I've been struggling for months now to figure out how to fix my iCloud. A few months ago my phone told me I had gotten signed out of iCloud and to sign back in with my Apple ID. I typed it in but it told me the Apple ID was locked and I'd need to verify my identity. The two choices from there were a) to unlock by email or b) answer the security questions. The problem with choice A is that I no longer have access to the email account I have linked to that Apple ID, so I can't use that method. The problem with Choice B is that before they'll let me answer my security questions, they want me to verify my birthday. This would be fine except it keeps saying that my birthday is wrong (??!).
To sum that all up: I still know my Apple ID password and the answers to the security questions, but when I type in the password it tells me I need to unlock my account, and then I can't get past the birthdate verification screen to answer my security questions.
I've already made a new Apple ID, which would be fine except I can't get into my old one to sign out of it. So now I can't use iCloud, Find My iPhone, Photo Sharing, Locations, or literally anything else useful. I don't want to have to reset my entire phone because I would lose a lot of stuff, but if I have to then I will. Can someone please help me?
