Audio-video sync issues in new Apple TV app (On my Apple TV)

Trying to watch the Morning Show. After 20 minutes the audio was slightly out of sync so I went back to the menu, re-selected episode 1 and fast forwarded to where I was.

It started fine but after a couple of minutes the video started looping the same scene 3-4 times while the audio just carried on as normal (sound not looping), which made it totally unwatchable. The same issue happened 5 times in a row (even after restarting my Apple TV)…

The software is up-to-date, the Apple TV is directly plugged into my TV (no speakers) – what can I do?
