Need some help folks.
We have always been able to highlight a number of folders (invoices) in excel and drag them en mass to the printer icon on the dock or the printer queue window if open. They then all print without interruption.
But currently this is not working and we have to fully open each folder (invoice) and use FILE PRINT from excel task bar along the top of screen. This means only being able to print 1 at a time which is a pain and more time consuming…….
I really cant think what has changed or happened although we did move to Office 2019 for Mac earlier this year . Not sure if this issue has arrived with the new Excel or not as we only do large numbers of printing twice a year and i cant remember if this excel was in use for our last large invoice run …
